We are currently seeking Flexible and Passionate Chefs or Cooks to join one of our dynamic venue teams in a part-time or full time position. This role offers a unique opportunity to showcase your skills and experience and contribute to the performance of the specific kitchen team.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years' culinary experience and must be Australian citizens.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide culinary support across various venues
- Prepare and plate high-quality meals
- Demonstrate expertise in pub/bistro style cuisine
- Collaborate with kitchen teams to ensure productivity




- Assist with menu development and contribute to special offerings
- Manage food costs, stock, and orders when required
- Maintain food safety, quality standards, and compliance
- Hold current food safety certification upon commencement
- Step into leadership roles when necessary
- Support and drive the team
