We have an exciting opportunity for Community Support Workers to join our growing team in the Nepean Region ( Blacktown, Rooty Hill and surrounding suburbs) supporting elderly clients living in their homes and making a genuine difference every day with flexible hours, rewarding work, and a great team culture.
About the Role:
Your role will involve supporting clients in the community by providing social support, transport, shopping assistance and meaningful outings in the community.
Delivering personal care with dignity and helping clients stay independent at home through domestic support, meal preparation and warm, reliable companionship.

Wide variety of shifts availableMonday – Friday 7am-3pm (minimum 3 days availability required)
What we are looking for:
A passionate, caring and empathetic personality is aMUST.
Willingness to learn new skills on the job through training.
Certificate III or IV in Community, Aged Care, Disability or equivalent is highly desirable, current Nursing students will also be considered.
Experience in aged care within the community is highly desirable.
A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle is aMUST.
Current First Aid certificate, Police check, NDIS Worker screening checkand Working with Children Check (mandatory) or willingness to obtain.
