you'll play an important role in supporting our dentists and clinical team while ensuring our patients receive an exceptional experience.Your responsibilities will include:Confident chairside assistingPreparing surgeries, instruments and materials for treatmentAnticipating the dentist's needs and supporting efficient clinical flowWelcoming and assisting patients throughout their appointmentsSterilisation and infection control proceduresMaintaining a clean, organised and safe clinical environmentUpdating and maintaining accurate patient recordsPreparing treatment rooms between patientsSupporting the clinical team with day-to-day practice operationsProviding a high level of patient care and customer serviceAbout YouWe are ideally seeking an experienced Dental Assistant who can confidently step into the role and become a valued member of our team.You will ideally have:Previous experience working as a Dental AssistantConfidence with chairside assistingA strong understanding of infection control and sterilisationExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailThe ability to anticipate the dentist's needs and work efficientlyA skilled, friendly and patient-focused mannerExcellent communication skillsThe ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environmentStrong reliability, punctuality and accountabilityGood computer skills and the ability to learn new systemsA positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a close-knit teamExperience with a variety of dental procedures and working alongside multiple dentists will be highly regarded.Practice HoursMonday: 8:15am – 5:00pmTuesday: 10:45am – 7:30pmWednesday: 8:15am – 5:00pmThursday: 9:45am – 6:00pmFriday: 7:45am – 4:00pmNo weekend work.
