We are looking for an Application Support Officer to join our Platforms team on a full-time basis.
You will help our people use the systems and technology they rely on every day, providing practical support and contributing to improvements across the organisation.This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their information technology career who enjoys solving problems, working with people and gaining practical experience with business technology.
You will support one of Melbourne's most recognised sporting and entertainment organisations and provide hands‐on assistance on race days.Reporting to our Head of Platforms, you will provide day‐to‐day support for a range of business applications, including Upbeat, Business Central, TASK point of sale, Power BI, Salesforce, H&L; Point of Sale and Microsoft Copilot.

Copilot Agents and other AI tools across the businessWork with IT teams and external vendors on system upgrades and maintenance, including UAT support and coordinating feedback before changes go liveCreate and maintain how‐to guides and knowledge base resourcesContribute to application projects, system improvements and new technology initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve how systems and technology are used across the organisation.Your Track RecordA qualification in IT, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent hands‐on experienceExperience in a Level 1 IT Administration, Application Support or similar role, ideally within a small to medium‐sized organisationWorking knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePointSome exposure to Business Central, point of sale systems, Power BI, Salesforce or similar business applications is desirable.
