Our client is an established and growing hospitality business entering an exciting stage of its development. With a strong operational foundation and further growth opportunities ahead, the business is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to strengthen its commercial capability and play an influential role in shaping its future.

As Chief Financial Officer, you will lead the finance function while acting as a trusted commercial partner to the leadership and operations teams. The role extends well beyond financial reporting, with a strong focus on understanding operational performance, challenging assumptions and ensuring growth decisions are supported by robust commercial analysis. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation, you will bring financial discipline and commercial perspective to both day-to-day operations and longer-term strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities will include

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, financial reporting and broader financial management across the group
- Partner closely with operational leaders to understand performance, identify opportunities and improve commercial outcomes
- Critically evaluate new sites, investments, acquisitions and other strategic growth opportunities
- Develop financial models, reporting and performance measures that provide clear and actionable insight
- Strengthen financial systems, processes, controls and capability to support the continued growth and increasing complexity of the business

Candidate Profile





This opportunity will suit an experienced finance executive who combines strong technical capability with genuine commercial judgement. You will be comfortable working alongside operational teams, asking challenging questions when required and translating financial information into practical business decisions. Experience within hospitality or a multi-site consumer setting will be highly regarded, as will previous exposure to businesses experiencing meaningful growth or transformation.

You will bring

- Senior finance leadership experience at CFO, Finance Director or equivalent level
- Strong commercial and analytical capability, including experience assessing investment and growth opportunities
- A collaborative approach with the ability to build credibility across finance, operations and senior leadership
- Experience supporting growth within a multi-site, operationally complex or consumer-facing organisation
- The ability to operate strategically while remaining sufficiently close to the numbers and underlying business performance
