City Kia has an exciting new opportunity for a "Team Player" to join our automotive team within our newly re-designed dealership.

The role involves picking and sales of parts and consumables both internally to the workshop technicians and some retail over the counter sales.

Training will be provided on all dealer/KIA systems.

City Kia is centrally located in Richmond with free onsite parking or access to a tram stop nearby on Bridge Rd.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-organised individual with some experience in warehouse or counter sales. Automotive/Car Dealership experience would be preferred.

Responsibilities

- Telephone and front counter sales of spare parts.
- Ordering and receipting stock orders as required.
- Daily picking of parts for workshop.
- Accurate parts data entry into DMS system
- Interpretation of parts requests using parts manuals and computer applications
- Ensure all parts enquires are processed in a timely and professional manner
- Stock control and administration tasks associated with sales to other dealers,



retail customers and all internal stakeholders.
- Assistance with stock take when required.
- Other projects & duties as required.

Skills and experience Well organised with proficient time management skills and attention to detail.

- Reliable, Strong work ethics and a ‘Can Do’ attitude.
- Ability to Self-manage and work with little supervision.
- Be a team player and seeking to add your value to this thriving business.
- Forklift License.

The position is full-time permanent 38 hours per week based in Richmond VIC.
