Combined Plumbing Group is seeking experienced Civil Pipelayers for immediate start to join our growing team across the Sunshine Coast, and Hervey Bay. This is a full-time chance for motivated and reliable individuals looking to work on civil infrastructure projects.
Travel allowance is paid for the Hervey Bay job, plus accommodation provided Monday to Friday while working away from home.
The Role includes
- Installation of watermain, sewer, and stormwater infrastructure
- Construction of pits, gully tops, sewer benching, steel fixing, and formwork
- Reading and interpreting plans and levels
- Safe operation of hand tools, power tools, and civil construction equipment
- Ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Pipelayer in civil construction
- Experience working with PP, HDPE, PVC, DICL, and RCP pipelines
- Reading and interpreting plans and levels
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to undertake physical work in varying weather conditions
- Industry White / Blue Card required
- Experience operating machinery including excavators and skid steers preferred
