About the Chance

Due to continued growth, The PSA Group is looking for experienced Civil Plumbers to join our construction and installation team. You'll work on new builds, upgrades, remediation projects as well as small construction subdivisions for Cabin Parks and Lifestyle Villages

Although our office is based in Para Hills West, we work in all regions of South Australia and travel interstate from time to time.

If you're a civil plumber who wants to specialise in a niche market with a recognised developer, working within a well-supported team this role is for you.

Responsibilities

- Installing underground fuel pipework, vent lines and associated fittings on new builds and site upgrades
- Installing and connecting underground fuel storage tanks, sumps and pits
- Excavation, trenching, bedding and backfilling in line with project specifications
- Installing stormwater, drainage and separator/interceptor systems
- Pressure testing and commissioning of pipework and tanks
- Reading and working from plans, drawings and engineering specifications
- Working safely and productively in line with WHS requirements, including site-specific safety systems
- Using the company-issued tablet to record completed work and enter timesheets promptly
- Travelling to regional areas when needed

Skills & Qualifications

- Certificate III in Plumbing, or a trade background in civil plumbing
- SA plumbing worker registration (water, sanitary and/or drainage) through Consumer and Business Services (CBS)
- Experience in civil works, including excavation, trenching and underground services
- Ability to read plans and drawings
- White Card (Construction Induction) and a current SA driver's licence
- Highly regarded: plant/machinery tickets (excavator, skid steer), HR/MR licence, confined space
