About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Claims Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This full time role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage claim lodgements for make safes, quotes, and reports.
- Schedule site attendances and co-ordinate contractors for repairs on small value claims.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, offering assistance or redirecting as needed.
- Arrange contractors for emergency or temporary repairs.
- Respond to client queries and provide regular updates on the status of repairs.
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Achieve set business KPIs
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven customer service experience (essential)
- Experience in insurance or building industry (essential)
- Professional phone manner and reliability
- Strong multitasking and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, databases)
- Team player with a willingness to learn
