Our clients are some of Melbourne’s most prestigious luxury retailers, and we are currently seeking experienced Senior Sales Advisors to join their teams across Chadstone and Melbourne CBD.

With opportunities across multiple luxury sectors, these roles are ideal for polished sales professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service, building long-term client relationships and working within an elevated retail environment.

Clientelling experience is essential. Mandarin-speaking candidates will be highly advantageous for several of these opportunities.

About the Roles

As a Senior Sales Advisor, you will be a key representative of the brand, delivering a highly personalised customer experience while building and developing a loyal client base.

You will be confident working with high-net-worth and discerning clientele, understanding their individual needs and providing knowledgeable, personalised recommendations. These positions require someone who can combine genuine relationship-building skills with strong commercial sales ability.

Our clients are looking for sales professionals who understand that luxury retail is about much more than completing a transaction — it is about creating an experience that encourages clients to return time and time again.

Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to every client
- Build and maintain a strong portfolio of loyal clients through proactive clientelling
- Develop genuine and long-term relationships with new and existing clientele
- Drive individual and store sales targets and KPIs
- Identify opportunities to increase sales through styling, product knowledge and personalised recommendations
- Manage VIP clients, appointments and special customer requests
- Proactively follow up with clients regarding current collections, launches, gifting and special occasions
- Maintain detailed client profiles and utilise CRM systems effectively




- Create a memorable and elevated customer experience from initial engagement through to after-sales service
- Develop strong product and brand knowledge and confidently communicate the story and craftsmanship behind each collection
- Support visual merchandising and ensure the boutique maintains exceptional presentation standards
- Assist with stock management, replenishment and general boutique operations
- Work collaboratively with the wider team while taking ownership of individual performance

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience within luxury, premium or high-end retail
- Demonstrated success in a Senior Sales Advisor, Client Advisor or similar role
- Strong clientelling experience with an established ability to build and maintain a personal client book
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Highly polished communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales ability with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Excellent product knowledge and the ability to confidently engage with discerning clientele
- Skilled presentation and a sophisticated, personable approach
- Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
- Experience using CRM and clienteling platforms
- Mandarin language skills are highly advantageous
- Flexibility to work across a retail trading roster, including weekends

In Return

- $60,000 – $68,000 + super, depending on experience + incentives
