Premier Financial Advocates (PFA) is looking for a confident, energetic and highly organised Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing finance and mortgage broking team. The primary focus of this role is appointment setting. You will work with our existing client and lead database, proactively contacting customers, identifying opportunities and booking qualified appointments directly into our mortgage brokers' calendars.
This role also includes supporting our social media and marketing activities.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing clients, previous enquiries and prospective customers from our database.
- Book qualified appointments for our mortgage and finance brokers.
- Follow up leads consistently by phone, SMS and email.
- Re-engage existing clients regarding refinancing, property purchases, investment opportunities and financial reviews.
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activities within our CRM.
- Work towards weekly and monthly call, conversation and appointment targets.
- Assist with managing and responding to social media enquiries.
- Help coordinate social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Assist with marketing campaigns, database campaigns and client communications.
- Work closely with our brokers and management team to identify new sales opportunities.
About you
- Is confident speaking with people over the phone.
- Has solid communication and relationship-building skills.
- Is comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Is persistent, positive and comfortable following up clients multiple times.
- Is highly organised and able to manage a database effectively.
- Has a robust sales mindset and enjoys achieving targets.
- Has good written communication skills.
- Has an interest in social media and digital marketing.
- Can work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
- Previous experience in appointment setting, telesales, sales, customer service, real estate, finance, banking, mortgage broking or lead generation would be highly regarded. Experience in financial services is helpful but not essential. Training will be provided to the right person.
