About the Role We're looking for an experienced Client Services Manager who takes pride in delivering exceptional support to clients and advisers.

Key Responsibilities





- Prepare documentation for client meetings and manage post-meeting follow-up
- Manage client communications, scheduling, and general service coordination
- Build strong, ongoing relationships with both clients and internal advisers
- Maintaining client database to ensure the information is accurate and complete
- Manage clients queries as they arise
- Requesting, collating, and reviewing information from existing and new clients
- Developing and maintaining any internal process documents and worksheets to streamline business processes and to improve client management
- General administration to support team members

About You You are highly organised, detail-oriented and passionate about delivering exceptional client service.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- 2 - 4 years of experience in financial planning in a similar or related support role
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Knowledge of advice implementation and compliance processes
- Sound understanding of advice implementation and processes
- Exceptional organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and can operate well within a team
