Start as an assistant PM, then transition yourself to a full-time Property Manager in 6 to 9 months based on performance.
Qualifications & experience
Previous experience as a Property Manager preferred
Experience in using PropertyMe software preferred
Valid drivers license mandatory
Tasks & responsibilities
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in all interactions
Review and approve tenancy documentation including applications, agreements, and renewals
Maintain up-to-date knowledge and apply relevant legislation including the RTA and REIQ processes
Prioritize and efficiently manage multiple tasks and deadlines




Independently manage a portfolio of residential rental properties
Monitor and manage rental arrears and implement recovery strategies
Coordinate property maintenance for a portfolio of properties
Handle tenant and landlord dispute resolution, including preparation and representation at QCAT
Attend Open home inspections, building & pest inspections along with building inspector
Conduct & attend pre settlement inspections on behalf of client
Complete and document Entry and Exit Condition Reports accurately and thoroughly
Schedule, conduct and document Routine Inspections accurately and thoroughly
Base salary + 12% super
Work from home until we get an office in Townsville
