You understand that sales comes with far more no's than yes's, you like knowing your numbers and you're motivated by improving them.WISE Buyers Agency is looking for an experienced Sales & Client Qualification Specialist / Appointment Setter to become the first dedicated member of our growing sales team.You'll work directly with our Founder and current Closer, qualifying marketing-generated opportunities for clients who may ultimately invest millions into commercial property.For the right performer, there is a genuine pathway into closing $45,000+ client engagements.The RoleOur marketing is already generating leads, so you're not expected to build your own lead database or source your own prospects.Some prospects will book directly into your calendar for a Discovery Call.
Others will require proactive outbound follow-up.Your job isn't simply to book appointments.
It's to understand the prospect, what they're trying to achieve, whether they're ready to act and whether WISE is the right fit.You'll:Conduct scheduled Discovery Calls and outbound calls to marketing-generated leadsQualify prospects based on financial position, goals, motivation and timeframeBuild rapport,



ask intelligent questions and handle objections confidentlyMove qualified prospects into Strategy SessionsFollow up and nurture opportunities that aren't ready to move immediatelyManage your pipeline and follow-ups in GoHighLevelWork closely with the founder to improve qualification and conversionSome days you'll have appointments booked throughout the day.
Other days could involve 100 outbound dials.You need to be comfortable with both.Who We're Looking ForThis is not an entry-level sales role.We're looking for someone with proven sales capability who is comfortable having higher-value, commercially focused conversations.Your experience may come from high-ticket sales, property, real estate, mortgage broking, financial services, business development, recruitment, professional services, business coaching or a strong SDR/BDR environment.Commercial property experience is highly regarded, but not essential.We can teach the right person commercial property.

this won't be the right fit.Where This Can Take YouYou'll initially own qualification and Discovery Calls while our Founder continues to run Strategy Sessions and close new clients.As you demonstrate results and master the WISE sales process, you'll have the opportunity to train alongside our founder and develop into a high-ticket Closer, eventually running your own Strategy Sessions and sales.Our average client engagement is approximately $45,000.Progression is based on performance and capability.
