As an Office and Manifesting Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting the Operations Team with the day-to-day administrative tasks, co-ordination and efficiency of our Transport Operations.
You will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication between Supervisors, drivers and customers while maintaining a safe and compliant workplace.Key Responsibilities: -Ensure drivers receive correct paperwork prior to leaving the depotData entry of customer collections via email and phone callsSupport Schedulers with email and phone enquiriesPrioritise next day deliveries and bookings for local drivers.Provide support to other departments when requiredOrganise onforwarding deliveries with other carriersEnsure all driver paperwork is completed accurately and on timeClear and process Proof of Deliveries and follow up when paperwork is missing.What We're Looking For: -Preferably 2 years administrative experience working in a Transport and Logistics EnvironmentFamiliar with bookings and co-ordination of carriersExperience in Customer ServiceStrong Computer skills and attention to detailExcellent planning, organisation and multi-tasking skillsAbility to work efficiently in a quick paced environmentFull time - 4 day rotating shift.About DRTWe are a family run business transporting refrigerated products to Qld, NSW, SA and WA.
