The Assistant Contract Administration person will support a small, friendly design and project management in-office team of 8 people who support field teams totaling approximately up to 40 employees over various large Melbourne metropolitan construction sites.The role is permanent full time and will include administration and company operation support tasks.Key responsibilitiesCompile company tendering submissionsCo-ordinate and compile project start up and completion documentation and submissionSupport the office team in ensuring successful project outcomesAbout youSome level of prior working experience in an administrative/office support position or similar role preferredKnowledge or ideally experience in the administration or development of workplace SWMS,



ITP's or EH andS procedure would be a distinct advantageProficiency in MS Office, excel etc, being preferredKnowledge of project management software such as: Aconex, Hammertech, Visibuild, Payapps etc would be an advantageAbility to problem-solve and have strong organisational skillsConfidence to work collaboratively and autonomouslyExperience in construction or building projects administration activitiesSuperannuation + annual salary reviewRegular working hours with optional start time or flexibility in hours workedAdditional leave options such as study leaveComfortable casual office work environment with onsite parking or accessible by public transportTask training provided in-company as requiredAbout usContractfire is a medium-sized Fire Protection Services Contractor supporting large-scale commercial and health projects to critical infrastructure works.
