With 11 treatment rooms, vitality spa, steam room, infra-red sauna and experience shower facilities and outdoor terraces, it is a truly unique sanctuary for personalised self-care.The Role:We are seeking a Full-Time Spa Receptionist, in this role you will deliver a warm, professional welcome, manage bookings and enquiries and support daily spa operations while ensuring a seamless five-star guest experience.
This role requires flexibility across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.Key Responsibilities:Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all guests and residentsManage bookings, enquiries, and updates efficientlyProvide clear guidance on treatments and productsMaintain presentation of reception and spa areasSupport daily operations and therapist coordinationSupport management with stock take and any ad hoc tasksPromote services and retail to enhance guest experienceUphold five-star service standards at all timesAbout You:You will bring experience in a luxury spa, hotel, or customer-facing environment, with strong multitasking skills and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced setting.
A passion for wellness and hospitality,
