This role reports to the IT Support Tech Manager and is key to supporting day-to-day technology operations across our stores, Contact Centre, and Head Office.The IT Support Technician provides Level 1 and Level 2 technical support across hardware, software, VOIP, and networking systems.
The role also contributes to IT innovation, system implementation, process improvement, and asset management.Working hoursMonday to Friday - 11am to 7pm.
Total 38 hours per week.
Roster is subject to change.
Some flexibility will be required for this role.Office hoursMonday to Friday 7am to 7pm.
Saturday and Sunday 9am to 5pm.ResponsibilitiesTriage and resolve IT support requests via FreshServiceTroubleshoot hardware, software, VOIP, and network issuesSupport key systems including Microsoft 365, Azure, Storman Cloud, 8x8, MDM, FreshService, and JiraManage IT assets from deployment through to secure decommissioningOversee user onboarding, offboarding, and account managementCollaborate with IT & Innovations on upgrades, testing,
