On any given day, you will:Recruit, lead, support, and inspire your team to bring their best self to work and achieve KPIs and in-store targets.Plan and manage store rosters to ensure smooth operations.Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.Ensure high standards and consistent customer experienceProvide ongoing training to your team on the latest brand and product knowledge.Collaborate with the founder,



operations and marketing team to align in-store strategies with campaigns.Implement loss prevention strategies and maintain clear communication with the support teamWhat You'll Bring to this RoleTo be successful in this role, you will ideally have:1+ year of experience in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role (beauty industry is a bonus!).
