Grader Operator / Multi-Skilled Plant OperatorR Con Civil is a growing, family-owned civil construction company operating across the ACT and surrounding NSW regions, with occasional projects along the South Coast and further afield.We are looking for an experienced Grader Operator who is highly competent operating a CAT M Series grader and is also willing to jump on a range of other machinery when required.About the roleYour primary role will be operating a CAT M Series motor grader across a variety of civil construction projects.
You will work on roadworks, earthworks, subdivisions, maintenance and major infrastructure works.
You will be confident with detailed grading, roadworks, trimming and finishing, while also being capable and willing to operate other plant when required.Key responsibilitiesOperate CAT M Series Motor Grader as primary machineOperate dozer, excavator, and other civil construction machinery when requiredPerform detailed grading, roadworks,
