In this rewarding role, you will support residents to maintain mobility, independence, and quality of life through tailored therapy programs and person‐centred care.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with older people and making a meaningful impact every day.This role requires travel across various Roshana facilities throughout Australia.What You Will Be DoingAssess residents' physical function, mobility, and rehabilitation needsDevelop and implement individualised physiotherapy and exercise programsSupport pain management, mobility improvement,
