This is not your typical client success role.
You'll be the primary point of contact for our clients throughout their property buying journey, from sign-on all the way through to purchase-ready.
You'll manage a portfolio of active clients, keeping them informed, prepared, and supported at every stage.
You'll also work closely with internal team members and external specialists to make sure nothing is missed and every client is set up for success.Key responsibilitiesManage day-to-day communication with clients via phone and email, acting as their main point of contactGuide clients through the onboarding process and support returning clients through re-engagementPrepare and manage client agreements, including follow-up on outstanding documentationTrack and manage client financial documentation, ensuring records are current and accurate at all timesOversee client readiness for purchase, confirming all financial and structural requirements are met before progressingMaintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM at all timesCoordinate with brokers, accountants,
and other specialists on behalf of clients as neededIdentify and escalated client issues or process gaps to the relevant team member promptlyAbout youA minimum of 1-2 years of client-facing administration experience is requiredExperience with any CRM system is required to effectively manage and maintain client recordsStrong attention to detail and a focus on data accuracyConfidence communicating with clients by phone and emailThe ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlinesA solutions mindset — you find a way, not an excuseAustralian work rights are required for this positionAbout usThis is a property investment buyers agency helping Australians build wealth through quality residential investment properties.
