We're seeking an experienced and driven RN to join our team as a Clinical Liaison supporting a national Patient Support Program.
In this virtual role, you'll be the key link between patients, healthcare professionals and pharmaceutical clients, ensuring patients receive exceptional support while fostering solid client relationships and program outcomes.As the key link between patients, healthcare professionals, and pharmaceutical clients, you will play a critical role in enhancing the patient experience, driving program success, and supporting positive health outcomes.The preferred working arrangement is 5 days per fortnight.




Mon/Tue/Wed and Mon/Tue rotating.What you'll do:Support and educate patients throughout their treatment journeyCoordinate patient care and program activitiesBuild trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholdersPartner closely with clients to ensure program success and high-quality service deliveryDrive positive patient experiences while maintaining compliance and clinical excellenceWhat you'll bring:Current AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsCommercial acumen and a customer-focused mindsetExperience in patient support programs, specialty healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or care coordination is highly regardedAbility to work autonomously in a virtual environmentExperience in rheumatology/immunology (highly regarded but not essential)High level communication skillsWhat's on offer:Excellent work life balance.
