About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations at Zambrero Yanchep.
This role is responsible for managing all aspects of the business including staff training, sales performance, customer service, stock control, and financial outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the outlet to ensure smooth and productive serviceDetermine and manage product mix, pricing, and service standardsMonitor and maintain stock levels, ordering supplies and liaising with suppliersDevelop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive salesEnsure high levels of customer service, including handling customer enquiries and complaintsMaintain accurate financial records, including sales, expenses, and stock controlAssist with budgeting, cost control, and financial performance monitoringRecruit, train, roster,
