This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative People & Culture team, where you'll play a key role in delivering practical HR advice and operational support across the business.We're looking for an experienced HR professional who enjoys building relationships, partnering with leaders and employees, and getting into the detail when it comes to systems, reporting, compliance and people processes.
About the Role
This is a hands-on generalist role with a strong operational focus.
You'll provide advice across the employee lifecycle, manage employee relations matters, coordinate HR processes and contribute to learning and development initiatives.Key responsibilities include:Providing HR advice and support to leaders and employeesManaging employee relations and case management mattersReviewing adaptable working requests, contract variations and other employment mattersDelivering workforce reporting, analytics and HR insightsSupporting HR systems,



data integrity and process improvementsCoordinating and facilitating learning and development programsAssisting with recruitment activities and employee engagement initiativesEmployee relations matters are generally low volume, with a focus on achieving positive outcomes through a fair, consultative and supportive approach.
About You:
You'll bring:Previous experience as an HR Advisor or Senior HR AdvisorSolid understanding of Australian employment legislation and HR processesExperience managing employee relations matters and case managementConfidence working with HR systems, reporting and workforce dataA keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to getting things doneExperience with Employment Hero is an advantageMost importantly, you'll be:Warm and approachableRelationship-driven and people-focusedCollaborative and inclusiveKind, considered and professional in your approachConscientious with a strong work ethicAdaptable and comfortable working with a variety of personalitiesKeen to learn and contribute to a positive team culture
