You will bridge the gap between customers and Sales, Service, and Repair departments, ensuring explicit understanding of needs and timelines.You will greet customers, determine requirements and charges, brief departments, and track progress while keeping clients informed.
Strong admin, communication, and familiarity with ERA/Pentana systems are essential.
