From skin checks and flu shots to our bi-annual health fair, we're committed to helping you stay healthyEmployee Assistance ProgramThe RoleIn this role, you will:Manager Council's debtor functions, including the timely raising of invoices, recovery of outstanding debts, and analysis of overdue accounts to support debt recovery actionsSupport Council's revenue operations and ensuring accurate financial managementSupport the Revenue Team with financial administration and reporting activitiesWhat you'll bringTAFE Diploma in Business/Accounting or equivalent experience.High level of interpersonal and communication skills in resolving customer inquiries and complaints.Demonstrated knowledge in revenue collection.Knowledge of Word and Excel at an intermediate to advanced level.A positive attitude and ability to learn new things quickly.Demonstrated experience in data entry with a proven ability to accurately process transactions.Sound mathematical and problem-solving skillPlease note that pre-employment checks are part of the recruitment process.
