Financial Planning Client Services Officer

Working alongside a team of experienced Advisers, your focus will be on delivering an exceptional client experience and ensuring the advice process runs smoothly, accurately and on time. The environment is polished, professional and structured, but also genuinely warm and people-focused.

This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to become an integral part of the team and build strong relationships with clients, advisers and key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include





- Preparing and implementing advice documents and investment instructions
- Supporting Advisers in client meetings and following up on action items
- Managing annual review packs, valuations, asset and liability summaries and performance reports
- Coordinating contributions, fund transfers, applications and redemptions
- Maintaining accurate client records in Xplan and meeting compliance obligations
- Liaising with product providers, accountants, lawyers and clients as required
- Managing adviser diaries and ensuring all meeting preparation and follow-up is completed To succeed, you will need experience in a financial planning environment and strong familiarity with advice processes and platforms. Xplan experience is a definite plus. Just as importantly, you will bring a proactive attitude, strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality client outcomes.
