An outstanding opportunity exists for an experienced FRANZCOG-qualified Obstetrician and Gynaecologist to take on a unique dual-site leadership position across Bairnsdale Regional Health Service and Latrobe Regional Health. This newly established role combines strategic clinical leadership with a substantive consultant practice, providing the prospect to influence maternity and women's health services across the Gippsland region.
As Clinical Director, you will provide governance and leadership for the Level 3 maternity service at Bairnsdale Regional Health Service, supporting a GP Obstetrician model and ensuring safe, high-quality maternity care, robust clinical governance and strong integration with tertiary referral services. Concurrently, you will maintain a consultant obstetrics and gynaecology practice at Latrobe Regional Health, Gippsland's designated Level 5 maternity service and regional referral centre.

About You
You will be a collaborative and respected clinical leader with:
- Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRANZCOG)
- Specialist registration with AHPRA
- Demonstrated leadership experience within obstetrics and gynaecology services
- Experience in clinical governance, quality improvement and maternity service management
- Strong understanding of rural and regional healthcare delivery
- A commitment to education, workforce development and multidisciplinary collaboration.
