About the Role

Join the Statewide End of Life Follow Up Service as a Clinical Nurse and make a meaningful difference across SA.

Champion high quality EOL care

Support staff with education and resources

Coordinate bereavement follow up calls

Promote organ and tissue donation

Build strong LHN partnerships

About You

You'll bring strong clinical expertise, empathy and a cooperative approach to this specialist role.

Current NMBA registration and practising certificate

Critical care, emergency, grief or palliative care experience

Strong communication, education and presentation skills

Confident leadership of students and less experienced nurses

Prioritise workload and work autonomously within a team
