Key Responsibilities

Maintenance coordination
organise remediation tasks and keep workflows moving
n
Reception duties
greet visitors, manage calls, inbox triage, booking appointments
n
Homeowner support
manage enquiries and provide explicit progress updates
n
Inspections & trade works
arrange inspections, emergency attendance and trade bookings
n
Team & trade liaison
work with supervisors, internal teams and trade partners
n
Record keeping
upload invoices,



quotes and reports accurately
n
Action tracking
monitor outstanding items and escalate complex matters
n
General service admin
phone/email enquiries, documentation, follow ups
n

Experience in
