La Trobe Financial is seeking a Progress Payments Officer to administer and manage a portfolio of construction and development loans, facilitating progress payments and guiding stakeholders through the drawdown process. Experience with construction finance and drawdown procedures is preferred.

You will monitor construction progress, liaise with borrowers, brokers, builders, solicitors, valuers and quantity surveyors, and ensure funding conditions are met prior to funds release.
