Doma Hotels is looking for a Distribution & Revenue Coordinator to join our commercial team.
This is a key role responsible for managing online rate and content distribution across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy, rate parity and brand alignment across our digital channels.You'll work closely with the Revenue Management team to support commercial strategy, maintain OTA and booking engine content, load rates and packages, monitor restrictions and resolve system issues and maximise revenue performance.What you'll be doingManage rate loading, promotions and rate parity across multiple distribution platformsMaintain accurate OTA and booking engine content, including room types, images, descriptions and policiesSupport the Revenue Management team with restrictions, daily distribution checks and reportingMonitor and troubleshoot distribution and system issuesWork closely with internal teams to communicate and implement packages, promotions and SOPsAssist with guest-facing content updates across relevant channelsEnsure content, rates and availability are accurate, consistent and aligned with Doma Hotels' brand standardsWhat we're looking forPrevious experience as a Reservations Supervisor or above, or experience in a similar hotel reservations/revenue roleStrong understanding of hotel distribution, reservations and revenue processesExperience with Opera Cloud, SynXis, SiteMinder, IDeaS,



OTA Insight and Microsoft OfficeExceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of rate integrity and parityHighly organised, self-motivated and comfortable managing multiple deadlinesStrong communication and collaboration skillsA genuine interest in technology, distribution and revenue strategySomeone who enjoys working behind the scenes to identify opportunities, solve problems and keep systems running smoothlyWhy Doma Hotels?
