If you are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and fluent in Japanese, we would love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesBookkeeping & Transaction ProcessingProcess daily accounting transactions and journal entriesMaintain accurate general ledger recordsEnsure data accuracy and compliance with accounting proceduresAccounts Payable & ReceivablePrepare and issue customer invoicesProcess supplier invoices and paymentsMonitor receivables and follow up on outstanding accountsReconciliationsPerform monthly bank reconciliationsReconcile supplier statements and balance sheet accountsInvestigate and resolve discrepanciesFinancial Reporting SupportAssist with the preparation of monthly management reports and financial statementsSupport BAS preparation and other compliance reporting requirementsContribute to month‐end and year‐end processesTeam SupportAssist senior accountants with audit preparationSupport payroll processing activitiesProvide general administrative and ad hoc support as requiredSkills & ExperienceNative or business‐level Japanese language skillsStrong understanding of Japanese business culture and communication styles1 to 3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experienceExcellent attention to detail and accuracyGood organizational and time management skillsAccounting qualification (Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent) preferredExperience using accounting software is advantageousA positive attitude and willingness to learnWhat's on Offer?
