nWe are looking for an experienced
Workforce Scheduler
to join a local council in Melbourne s eastern suburbs, on a temporary contract through to 30 January ****.n
nThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a quick-paced environment, managing competing priorities and keeping things organised. You will autonomously coordinate the Customer Service Officers roster while providing administrative support to the wider team.n
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the roster schedule for Customer Service Officers, ensuring appropriate coverage and responding to changing requirements.
n
Manage competing priorities and demands while identifying and resolving scheduling issues.
n
Provide a range of administrative and support services to Team Leaders and the Coordinator.
n
Maintain accurate records,
databases and workforce information in line with established systems and processes.
n
Work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to communicate changes, resolve issues and keep operations running smoothly.

Key Criteria:

n
Previous experience in a fast-paced office management or administrative role, ideally involving complex customer service and rostering requirements.
n
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and provide practical solutions.
n
Excellent planning and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging with people at all levels.
n
Experience using Genesys Cloud is essential.
n
Local council experience is highly regarded.
n
