BVR Energy is seeking a seasoned appointment setter to join our customer-focused team. You will be responsible for setting appointments for commercial and industrial solar PV and battery solutions across Melbourne and Victoria.
Key responsibilities
- Set appointments for solar and battery solutions over the call and also visiting clients if required.
- Conduct cold calling and outbound sales activities
- Negotiate with prospects to secure appointments
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication
- Demonstrate listening skills and attention to detail
- Work in a results-driven, target-based environment
About you
- 1+ years of Call Centre, Sales experience, or Cold calling experience
- Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role
- Prior experience in results-driven settings: direct sales, B2B sales, telemarketing, cold calling, or other target-based roles
- Infectious energy and charisma
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
- Persuasive and results-oriented
- Resilient "Can Do, Will Do" spirit with an optimistic and cheerful outlook
- Willingness to learn
- A dedicated, noise-free home office with a fast internet connection
- Solar experience is beneficial
About us BVR Energy is an established Melbourne-based Renewable Energy Retailer, Registered Electrical Contractor (REC) and EPC service provider with approximately 10 years of experience in the solar and battery industry. We deliver residential, commercial and industrial (C&I;) solar PV and battery solutions across Melbourne and Victoria, supported by an experienced in-house team of approximately half a dozen solar electricians and apprentices.
