Our client is a well-regarded boutique commercial firm in the Brisbane CBD. They want a Commercial Lawyer at 3 to 5 PAE for a broad practice, with real responsibility, direct mentoring and flexibility that fits around your life.

About the role:
- Share and asset sales
- Due diligence and transaction support
- Commercial agreements and business contracts
- Property transactions, leasing and general property advice
- Construction contracts
- Client relationships and ongoing advisory support
- Run files end to end, and support larger matters
What you'll bring!
- 3 to 5 years' PAE in commercial and/or property law, ideally from private practice
- Admitted in Queensland, or eligible to practise, with a current practising certificate
- Strong drafting, attention to detail and sound judgement
- Confidence taking ownership of files
- A team-oriented style and an interest in building client relationships
