About the role A rare prospect to build a broad, fast-tracked career in commercial and industrial real estate. This role splits your time between supporting the Asset Management team and supporting Sales & Leasing, learning compliance and asset management on one side and prospecting, negotiation and marketing on the other. We are looking for someone adaptable, organised and motivated to learn who is comfortable switching between two very different sides of the business.

Key responsibilities:

- Support Asset Management team with compliance and asset management tasks
- Support Sales & Leasing team with prospecting, negotiating and marketing
- Switch between two departments with discipline and organisation

About you

- Highly organised and diligent with time management
- Quick to learn and comfortable adapting your style to different teams and personalities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Current NSW Driver's Licence and reliable, presentable vehicle
- Minimum Assistant Agent status or willingness to work towards a Class 2 Real Estate Licence
- Some exposure to real estate, sales,



or property administration highly regarded
