eHomes Australia is one of the country's fastest-growing solar and battery companies, delivering solar, battery storage and electrification solutions for homeowners and businesses across Australia. With an established residential business, a growing commercial book and our own in-house design team, we're investing in our Sydney commercial team and are looking for an experienced sales professional to drive it forward.
The Role
We're seeking an experienced Commercial Solar & Battery Sales Executive to own the commercial sales process in Sydney and NSW. You'll work face-to-face with business owners, directors and CFOs across manufacturing, warehousing, cold storage, clubs and multi-site retail, turning their energy costs into a explicit commercial case for solar and battery storage. This is a senior role reporting directly to the CEO, with real influence over how our commercial division grows.
What You'll Do
- Run qualified site meetings with business owners and decision-makers
- Analyse energy usage, tariffs and demand charges to build the business case
- Present ROI, payback and financing options with confidence at board and owner level
- Manage the full sales cycle from first meeting through negotiation to signed contract
- Work closely with our in-house design team on system design and proposals
- Develop referral partners and a pipeline of repeat and multi-site clients
What We're Looking For
- Commercial solar, battery or energy sales experience (strongly preferred)
- OR a proven senior B2B salesperson from capital equipment, energy, finance or a related field who is ready to master the commercial solar space. We'll back the right person with full product and technical training
- A track record of closing high-value deals with business owners and executives
- A driven self-starter who backs themselves, takes ownership and follows through
- Understanding of commercial tariffs, STCs and LGCs is highly regarded
- Full Australian work rights and a current driver licence
- Sydney based and happy to travel across NSW
