Our venue is getting busier with increasing functions, events and includes a casual all day dining bistro operation.

We are looking for a super enthusiastic Commis Chef or Experienced Cook to join our kitchen brigade with a specific focus on larder & prep cooking.

Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years experience in commercial kitchen operations.

This job would be perfect for someone who wants to learn from other experienced chefs, so can start as a casual employee and quickly move to a full-time or even part time role if this is where you want to grow and develop your skills.

If you are looking for a cooking experience with lots of variety - breakfast, lunches,



dinners and even cafe-style takeaway food - this will be the ideal job for you!

We need someone who is available to start as soon as possible, who is flexible with hours and days of work, and who wants to learn, work hard and be proud of their achievements.

Candidates must have unrestricted Australian work rights for this position.

Availability required for any days including weekends with flexible scheduling.

This role would also be available for anyone seeking Casual employment as an alternative option.
