As the Community Manager at Halcyon Illyarrie, you'll be the face of the community, leading operations, nurturing relationships and delivering an exceptional resident experience.

We're Looking For a...

We're seeking an experienced, customer-focused leader to oversee the day-to-day operation of our growing community. You'll work closely with homeowners, contractors and internal teams to deliver a secure, well-run and engaging community experience.

What You'll Do

- Lead community operations and ensure compliance.
- Build strong relationships with homeowners and stakeholders.
- Support community groups, activities and resident engagement.
- Coordinate contractors, services and maintenance activities.
- Manage budgets, reporting and administration.
- Resolve issues and support positive outcomes.
- Drive initiatives that enhance community life.
- Partner with internal teams on communications and events.





About You You're a people-focused professional who enjoys building relationships and creating positive experiences. Organised and adaptable, you're comfortable balancing operational responsibilities with exceptional customer service.

Experience & Skills That Count

- Experience in community, property, retirement living, hospitality or customer-focused environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
