Help Re-Cladding a house in Melbourne - Yarraville 3013

I’m looking for help working together re-cladding our house in Yarraville.

Job dates

Monday 1st December to Friday 5th December.

Pay

$30/hr based on:

- Motivation to get the job finished on time
- Ability to work on your own about 1/2 of the time.
- ability to solve problems and work on your own.
- prior construction experience
- 1 day paid trial to check the above then we agree on the rate for the week.

The job will involve

- removing old timber cladding (Weatherboards) from a house.
- Fixing any framing inside the wall with new timber,
- Installing insulation in the wall
- Installing new building plastic over the wall
- Installing battens with Nails guns over the wall
- Installing the current cladding
- Painting and cleaning up.

The tasks will include:

- Demolition,
- Scaffold - setup and moving,
- carpentry,
- painting,
- site cleaning,
- and other building / construction tasks.

We are looking for:





- someone who can work up a ladder or scaffold,
- has construction experience and
- is available for the full week (with possible long days - 8am until 6pm).
- non-smoker/vaper
