About the role

GWH is a NSW construction company with around 120 people, active project sites and a team that likes to develop its own. We're looking for a forth year construction management student to join us as a Construction Cadet and help deliver our projects while you finish your studies.

Key responsibilities

- Work alongside our Project and Site Managers on live projects
- Help manage subcontractors, RFIs, variations and site documentation
- Assist with programming, procurement and cost tracking
- Take part in site inspections, quality checks and WHS processes, including inductions, toolbox talks and inspections




- Build relationships with clients, consultants and trades
- Rotate through site and office roles so you see every stage of a project

About you

- Entering or completing the 4th year of a Bachelor of Construction Management, Building, Civil Engineering or similar
- Some construction industry experience, whether on site, in a trade or in an office role
- White Card (General Construction Induction) and a current driver's licence
- Organised, curious, highly motivated and keen to take on responsibility
- Confident communicator who works well in a team
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office
