Construction Cleaner
Rate: $35.00 per hour, exclusive of superannuation

Spec Services is a professional cleaning and facilities services company delivering high-quality cleaning solutions across commercial, industrial and environmental sites in multiple states across Australia.
What we are looking for:
At Spec Services, we know our people are our most important asset. We offer our team:
1. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $35.00, with typical working hours scheduled from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday. This casual position offers 20 to 40 hours per week.
2. An workplace where we ensure you are well qualified, trained and supported to do your job well;
Requirements
- Evidence of the right to work in Australia
- White Card
- Asbestos Awareness Certificate
- Crystalline Silica Awareness Certificate
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Current Driver's License and reliable transport is preferred
- Proficient in English for day-to-day communication and safety procedures
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous cleaning experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided
- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain one within the first 14 days)
