Keystone People Solutions is recruiting, on behalf of a confidential client, for an experienced Construction Manager to lead delivery of a renewable energy project based in the Pilbara, WA. This is a hands on leadership role covering the project from mobilisation through to commissioning and handover, with full accountability for safety, programme, subcontractor management and commercial delivery on site.
Key responsibilities
- Leading all construction and site activities across the project lifecycle
- Owning project budgets, forecasts and productivity performance
- Administering contracts, variations, claims and extensions of time
- Managing subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel to hit programme and budget
- Coordinating procurement and long lead equipment needs
- Owning HSEQ compliance and safety leadership on site
- Chairing project meetings and reporting directly to the Director and client
- Overseeing commissioning, energisation and handover
- Mentoring Project Engineers and Supervisors
About you
- 7+ years in construction, infrastructure, electrical or renewable energy delivery
- Demonstrated experience managing projects exceeding $10M
- WA Contractor A Grade Licence and current White Card
- Robust contract administration and commercial acumen
- Renewable energy, solar or utility scale EPC experience highly regarded
- Experience operating in remote or regional construction environments
