About the Role n




This is the perfect opportunity for a passionate Beauty Therapist who has a genuine interest in skin health and enjoys delivering exceptional treatment experiences.
n
Approximately 80% of the treatments we perform are skin-based, making this an ideal role for someone wanting to specialise and further develop their knowledge and expertise in advanced skin therapies.
n
You will enjoy building lasting relationships with clients while recommending personalised treatment plans and homecare solutions that achieve outstanding results.
Essential Requirements n
n
Professional skin consultations.
n
Facials including advanced facials.
n
If you are confident in IPL, RF bipolar, and micro needling, this is highly regarded.
n
An Advantage: Facial massage including buccal is a bonus however not essential.
n
If you are still developing your skills in facial massage, IPL, Radio Frequency or Micro needling, ongoing training and education will be provided for the right person.
n
About You n
We're looking for someone who is passionate about making a genuine difference in their clients' confidence through healthy, beautiful skin.
n
n
Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy.
n
Minimum 3 years' experience working within a beauty or skin clinic.
n
A genuine passion for skin health and advanced skin treatments.
n
Confident facial massage skills.
n
Strong client consultation and communication skills.
n
A warm, caring and professional manner.
n
Good presentation and attention to detail.
n
A positive attitude and willingness to continue learning.
n
Experience with IPL, RF and Micro needling (preferred but not essential).
n
