QUALITY CARE & SUPPORT SERVICES (QCSS) PTY LTD – Bass Hill NSW is seeking compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our NDIS team on a full time or part-time basis.
The role focuses on providing person-centred support to participants, including those with complex needs and behaviours of concern, while promoting dignity, independence, safety and individual goals.Shifts are flexible, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and overnights.
