Title: Disability Support Worker Occupation: Aged or Disabled Carer – ANZSCO ****** Employment Type: Full-time Position only Employer: Dior Chantelle Pty Ltd Trading As: Rewilding Minds Location: WA, QLD, VIC, NSW Salary: $79,500 per annum + superannuation About the Role Rewilding Minds is seeking a full time Support Worker to provide in-home and community-based support to people diagnosed with Brain Cancer.
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Assisting with domestic tasks and chores such as shopping, menu planning, cooking, washing, toileting and cleaningHelping with outings, social activities and other daily routinesProviding companionship and support to assist clients to develop their existing skills,



abilities and confidenceAccompanying disabled persons during daily activitiesAssisting clients with their mobilityPreparing food for clientsPerforming housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming and cleaningAssisting in personal hygiene and dressingMay do shopping and run errands
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar roleCertificate III in Individual Support (CHC*****) or a Certificate IV in Disability (CHC*****) or a Bachelor of Social
Work
Strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently in a community-based setting

Nomination for a temporary work visa and/or permanent residency may be considered for eligible candidates, subject to meeting all legislative requirements.
