We're excited to be recruiting motivated Production Chefs to join our Fresh Grab & Go team, supporting daily food production for multiple stores across Brisbane Airport.

Working closely with our Executive Chef and Foodservice team, you'll help deliver great-tasting products, maintain kitchen excellence, and support daily operational targets.Day shifts 6:00AM starts at the airport (Start early finish early!)Flexibility to work some weekends but can discuss with the right candidateWhat You'll DoPrepare and produce food items in line with recipe cards and brand standardsMaintain a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen environmentManage ordering, stock levels, and support waste-reduction processesSupport production across Fresh, Bakery, Hot Food, and Coffee categoriesCollaborate with store teams to ensure smooth daily operationsAssist with basic reporting and production dataUphold food safety, OHS, and airport compliance standardsWhat We're Looking ForExperience in kitchen production or fresh food environmentsAbility to follow recipes, portioning,



and quality guidelinesStrong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced settingGreat communication skills and a collaborative working styleUnderstanding of stock control, waste management, or labour systems (advantageous)Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidaysWhy Join Us?
