We're looking for an energetic, organised and reliable Leasing Agent to join our Rentals team at Harcourts ASAP.This role is predominantly on the road, so if you enjoy a bit of variety, can manage your own day and don't mind getting your steps in while inspecting properties - keep reading!
What You'll Be DoingNo two days will look exactly the same, but your day-to-day will include but not limited to:Conducting Routine Inspections across our managed portfolioCompleting Entry Condition ReportsCompleting Final/Vacate InspectionsConducting Open for Inspections and private property viewingsMeeting and assisting prospective rentersFinalising and preparing keys for current tenanciesCollecting and returning property keys throughout the dayCompleting inspection reports accurately and on timeSending end-of-day updates and correspondenceReporting maintenance or property concerns identified during inspectionsWorking closely with our Property Managers and wider Rentals teamJumping in and helping the team when needed - because we're all in this together!
Who We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is:Friendly, confident and comfortable meeting new peopleOrganised and able to manage a busy scheduleReliable and punctualComfortable working independentlyA strong communicatorDetail-oriented - you'll be our eyes and ears out on the road!
